Abstract
This study analyzed the plant growth regulators such as IAA,IBA,GA3 and 6-BA on the seed germination and seedling growth of Lathyrus odoratus.25 mg/L IAA and 200 mg/L GA3 could promote seeds germination and seedling growth of Lathyrus odoratusbest.The results showed that the effect was different from kinds of plant growth regulators on seed germination and seedling growth of Lathyrus odoratus,and even different concentration of the same plant growth regulators had different influence too.Among them,different concentrations of GA3,6-BA,IAA,IBA,NAA could increase the seed germination rate,and some growth hormone concentrations could promote seed germination,inhibite its seedling growth,such as NAA and 6-BA and so on.
