Abstract
A partir du 1 Janvier 1999,le nouveau mecanisme du taux de change (SME Ⅱ) a pris la place du Systeme Monetaire Europeen (SME Ⅰ) dans l'Union Monetaire Europeenne. L'auteur vise a analyser la politique monetaire unique dans la Zone Euro, les relations monetaires entre les etats membres qui ont adopte l'euro et les non participants,et l'evolution du taux de change entre l'euro et le dollar americain.
