Abstract
In this paper,the embedded Linux system was built on the developing set of NET-Start of Sumsung by embedded Linux system,which is currently the highlight in the field of embedded development,and Simple Network Management Protocol(SNMP),which is the most popular in the field of network management.The application of SNMP actualized network management for UPS,shortened the period of development and completed the development of network proxy card for UPS.The result showed that embedded Linux system and SNMP has extremely wide prospect.
