Abstract
By using the method of orthogonal experiment,the undertwisted rotor spinning technology of the super short-quarter cotton fiber was researched by adjusting the gauge of feed roller and feed plate,the speed of revolution of the rotor and the speed of combing roller.The influences of different the rotor spinning technology on number of neps,strength and twist are discussed.Under the condition of assuring the low twist the best process of decreasing the sliver of number of neps and increasing strength is choosen out,which is that the gauge of feed roller and feed plate is 0.08 mm,the speed of revolution of the rotor is 30 000 r/min,the speed of combing roller is 7 200 r/min.
