Environmental and economic problems caused by invasive species have received considerable attention within the international community. many countries have establis had laws or byelaw on exotic species management To prevent, control or eliminate invasive species. With the increasingly rapid pace of economic globalization and urbanization, exotic species management is highly urgent to China now. Based on America national plan on invasive species and Canadian national plan on invasive alien species,we can conclude some advices and viewpoints which would be useful for us.
