The residential strategy planning of Canada lays emphasis on the treatment of the relation between the population increase and resources and environment and seeks the sustainable development,thus making Vancouver become one of the most livable areas.In our country,the present urban development has many problems.The residential strategy planning gives us good enlightenment in optimization of ecology and protection of farm land,sharp increase and urban development as well as plan execution,etc.
