Abstract
Information exchange platform is a message publish system that based on peer to peer architecture.In this system,there is an integrated information circulation forming a lifetime including information production,collection,process,storage,publish,consuming and custody.The research of based on XML the information exchange platform of descript the information.put forward an Opening Information Model (OIM) so that to descript the information uniformly.that it can be used for crossing from one platform to another.OIM are two research aims:one is to design a Information Model(The designs of XML Schema of database Standard Query Language (SQL) and Data Cleaning Model.);the other is to make sure how to use it in the Information Exchange platform.limit to length,this paper introduce the designs of Information Model.
