Abstract
Spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) were used to determine the content of Aluminum in flour foods respectively.The conclusion was that ICP-AES showed the advantage of direct feeding,wide linear range,less amount of regents required,stable and reliable result.The method of ICP-AES in determination of Aluminum content in flour foods is worth popularizing and applying.
