Abstract
This paper introduces the element of moral capital into maintenance of the relationship between social capital and customer stability and then investigates moral capital's performance. This paper combines theoretical and empirical study and then finds that corporate social capital and moral capital have a positive effect on maintaining the customer relationship stability; corporate moral capital has a positive effect on social capital and has a regulating effect between social capital and maintaining the customer relationship stability. The main practical contribution of the article is that it's a warning to those large enterprises with extensive social resources that must focus on their moral and ethical development and social responsibility.
