Abstract
The meiosis process of Lilium davidii var.unicolorSalish was observed with the ordinary squash method staining with modified basic fuchsin liquid in this paper.Some abnormal behaviors during meiosis were discovered,including chromosome bridges in anaphase Ⅰ and telophaseⅠ,lagging chromosomes in anaphaseⅠ,telophase Ⅰ,dyad and telophaseⅡ,micronuclei in telophase Ⅰ,unequal separation in anaphase Ⅰ and so on.Abnormal meiosis behaviors of pollen mother cells were probably responsible for self-incompatibility in Lilium davidii var.unicolorSalish.
