Abstract
The way of seed storage and treatment of Moghania philippinensis was studied.The results showed:(1)With the way of 98% H2SO4 treatment and machine rubbing,the germination percentage could increase obviously.It is the best way that the seed was dipped in 98% H2SO4 for 10-15min,germination percentage,germination energy and index increased 2,14.6 and 14.29 times respectively compared with ck.The treatment of machine in 180s was the best way,germinating energy and germinant index increased 2.67,15.17 and 7.51 times respectively compared with ck.(2)The germinant characteristic of new seed gained in the same year was the best.The germinant percentage decreased to 83% after the seeds were stored 1 year at ordinary temperature,which was not obvious compared with ck.But the germinant percentage decreased to 65.5% or lower after stored 2 years and 3 years which was obvious compared with ck.
