Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective:To observe the effect of combination therapy with massage and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate on early primary knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 300 cases with early knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into trial group and control group by half.Patients in trial group were treated by combination therapy with massage and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate, while patients in control group were treated by intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate only.Short-from of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ) and HSS scale were performed before treatment,at the end of one month,3 months,5 months and 7 months after treatment. Results:After one month,3 months and 5 months, there were no significant differences in results of SF-MPQ and HSS scale, while at the end of 7 months, patients in trial group showed significant analgesia effect and improvement in function of knee joint(P0.05).Conclusions:During the early treatment, there are no difference in analgesia effect and HSS score. However,in the long term of treatment, combination therapy with massage and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate is more effective.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
