Abstract
The research on parameter-driven theory eliminates the difference of various versions of L/C system with one bank system and even different L/C systems with various banks.This paper designs and implements L/C system based on the application for parameter files.The new system solves two big issues and results in transferring L/C between different domestic banks electronically and submitting L/C applications online.This paper provides a brand new idea in the design of commercial banking systems,which can greatly improve the integration of the existing systems and ultimately enhance the competitive advantages of domestic banks.
