Abstract
The glucose oxidase gene was introduced into O.sativa ssp.Indica shuhui162 from transgenic Oryza sativa L.ssp.japonica.Nipponbare by the way of sexual hybrid for the first time,the integration and transcribe of glucose oxidase gene was confirmed by RT-PCR analysis on shuhui 162 rice genome,it proved the GO gene can be transfered between Indica and japonica.The color reaction with starch-KI showed that the glucose oxidase gene had expressed in the level of protein and exerted its function in shuhui 162 rice.The paper discussed the further utilization of GO gene shuhui 162 and the security of GO gene.
