Abstract
Specific primer was designed to amplify the second intron of HFABP gene in Beijing Oil Chick according to the conservative sequences of HFABP genes from different species.We also designed another specific primer to amplify the third intron of AFABP gene in Beijing Oil Chick.HhaⅠ,HaeⅢ,HinfⅠ,BamHⅠ,EcoRⅠ,PstⅠ,XmnⅠ and HindⅢ were used to digest PCR products respectively.Two Polymerase Chain ReactionRestriction Fragment Length Polymorphisms(PCRRFLPs)were found,polymorphic HhaⅠ site in HFABP and polymorphic HinfⅠ site in AFABP.
