Abstract
Our country law processes in the modern era of domestic trouble and foreign invasion,under the influence of foreign countries,particularly under Japan's great impact,concentrates on the two-quarter period of legislation at the end of the Qing political reform and Republic of China.After this process of change,the traditional Chinese legal system gradually dispelled,the gradual infusion of modern technology factors,and gradually came into a new era of the system.
