Abstract
One high-α-flexseed acid flexseed CCSLY .was introduced from Canada in 1996,and was studied from 1996 to 2000 to see if it can be cultived in Shandong and the conditions it needs.During the five years, its agricultural adaptabilities were studied and the whole set of cultural technology was searched ,it was cultivated in Shandong and the Northeast of China.The results indicate that in Shandong the best time for sowing such flexseed is from the beginning of March to the middle of April, and in Northeast of China, the centric density for cultivating flexseed is about 4,500,000 Plants per hm 2. Whats more, cultivators should lay particular emphasis on employing base manure and manure together with sowing so that it can grow well and the yield being increased.
