Abstract
The function of digital video monitoring system is to integrate the digital information process technology,digital com- munication technology,computer technology,multi-media technology and monitoring technology,which realized functions such as acquisition,transfer,process,display,storage and replay of all kinds of audio and video information.This paper mainly ana- lyzed the digital video coding technology,disc array technology and the practical application of digital video.
