In Canada community colleges are responsible for training of workers to improve their employability to meet the economic and social development of the structural demand for talent.Meanwhile,the government encourage enterprise to participate in the vocational education,and set standards to control quality with evaluation by market.The vocational education in Canada is now well-developed by market regulation.
