Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The characteristics of gaseous suspension calcinations(G.S.C)are compact structure, easy operation, economical investment, advanced technology and so on,which make G.S.C have many application samples in China.A gaseous suspension calcinations control system based on PLC is developed by integrating domestic and foreign advanced roasting control technology. The control system has three layer logical structures,i.e.device,control and management. And it consists of PLC and PC.The functions achieved by the control system include temperature control, process harmonization, combustion security, operation guiding and so on.The system has a successful application in the alumina production. The practice indicates that the control system has good performance in economy, technology, security and guiding. Those experiences in development and application have vital significance for the enterprises of performing technological innovation and are beneficial to domestic automation in aluminum industry.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
