Abstract
Project ex post evaluation has first developed in developed countries such as USA,Canada,which has already had laws and regulation system,organization system,content system and the feedback mechanism appraising results etc.However,whether in practice or in theory,the work on ex post evaluation of land consolidation project in China,as a kind of project ex post evaluation,has not drawn attention.In order to promote healthy development of land consolidation projects and exert their function,this paper analyzes the advancement and tendency of project ex post evaluation abroad so as to impel the fundamental research and the practice of land consolidation project ex post evaluation of this country.
