Abstract
Objective To evaluate the performance of Sysmex XT 2000i Blood counter System.Methods XT 2000i and F 820 Blood counter System checked the blood samples.At the same time,comparison of classify produced by the XT 2000i and manual methods.Results Veracity:for determine control material,the results and target values of WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT:7.2,7.0; 4.42 ,4.42;131,130;209,211. Neutrophilic cell,lymphocyte,eosinophilic granulocyte and basophilic granulocyte: r 0.95;monocyte: r =0.377; RET: P 0.05.Linearity: r 0.98.Reproducibility: CV5%; Carryover1%; Furthermore various parameters measured by the XT 2000i were compared with the measurements performed with the Sysmex 820, r 0.93.RET count were observed: P 0.05.Conclusion Linearity,reproducibility and carryover were evaluated.All features can be described as satisfactory to excellent.The results were credible.It is necessary to classify abnormal samples by microscope.
