Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

By adjusting the carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus concentration in the anaerobic and aerobiotic sequencing batch reactor(SBR), the domestication model of activated sludge production of PHB was proved. When the concentration of COD in-creased, and the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus decreased, the PHB concentration gradually increased. When COD was 1 200 mg/L and COD/N/P was 1 200/15/6, activated sludge PHB synthesis reached a maximum of 74.2% of the dry weight of the cells in anaerobic phase. Transmission electron micrographs showed that there were a large number of white granules in the end of anaerobic phase. PCR-DGGE technology was used to analyze the community dynamic, which results show that the diversity of community is rich. With the change of domestication conditions, PCR-DGGE revealed it is bennifi-cial to high-efficiency synthesis PHB community grow. The community have four genera of dominant species:Methylobacteriaceae bacterium, Proteobacterium, Hydrogenophaga sp and Rhizobiales bacterium.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
