Abstract
Used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) to study Cistanche deserticola Seed Components different parts and spectrum characteristics through layer deposition.Results show that the composition is rich,the seeds of Cistanche deserticola Seed had protein,fat and carbohydrate special absorption peaks,and could containing pectin and aromatic compounds,by speculation.It was obviously between peel and nut of Cistanche deserticola Seed Components.A series of absorption peak where 2926,1746,1161cm-1and 721cm-1 suggested that it's peel contained grease sufficiently,while the absorption peak was the strongest in 1054cm-1 in peel.After the treatment by stacking,the germination deserticola material absorption peaks area in peel changeed significantly,Cistanche deserticola Seed,the content of soluble protein and carbohydrate components increase in nut,but the content of grease decreased.
