This text is a composite of images and woven talks with a group of teachers from a school in the city of Vitória-ES, in a survey completed in 2015.It questions from conversations with teachers, through the intercession of the images movie (virtual) and school pictures (today), what young people expect from school and we professores.Toma as theoretical intercessors Deleuze (2007) and his perspective of the world as a metacinema, Corazza (2008) and the discussion of teaching.Methodologically, to mobilize the cartographic research (CARVALHO, 2008), using as a trigger conversations the film "Like Stars on Earth" and monitoring of the school routine.It concludes that the cineformação teachers denounce be surrounded by speeches that try to automate thinking to expect ready and obedient students.Their narratives pierce the clichés and allow sensitive images envisage, in the time stream, a makeup plan.Similarly, the people-young breaks the clichés you'd expect from the school, is not to be supposed as a people, predetermined, but part of the inventions of its constituent movements.
