Abstract
The different effects on CAT isozyme in the wheat leaves treated by ion implatation or transferring soybean DNA into wheat by ion implantation were compared by PAGE method. The results shows the treatment of ion implantation can cause CAT isozyme to present different and small change in different variety wheat leaves. There is a common trend in the treatment of transferring soybean DNA into wheat by ion implantation.The activities of CAT isozyme in different variation wheat leaves are all decreased,even with the lack of enzyme band.
