Purification and identification of the active component on HSP70-tumor peptide extracted from elemene combo-tumor cell vaccine
Bibliographic record
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate a purified method of the active component on HSP70-tumor peptide extracted from Elemene Combo-Tumor cell vaccine(EC-TCV).[Methods] The two of EC-TCV were prepared with cells of HCa-F hepatoma and L615 leukemia in mice respectively, then the active components on HSP70-tumor peptide were extracted from the EC-TCV with affinity chromato-graphy,and HSP70-tumor peptide and their activities were identified by Western blotting.[Results] There was a clear bend near 70 kD in each sample of HSP70-tumor peptide;the output of HSP70-tumor peptide extracted from 1×109 HCa-F cells was 2.34±0.28 mg,the output is higher than the yield from the equal L615 by twice.[Conclusion] The method is a suitable for the extraction of HSP70-tumor peptide and preservation of the activity of HSP70-tumor peptide.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
