Abstract
The development of mining industry directly influences the development of China's industry.Based on the history of domestic and foreign mining companies' financing development,the paper systematically reviews the financing status quo of mining companies in Canada,America,Australia and China,and comparisons are made on different financing methods in the mining companies.By borrowing mature practice and advanced experience from foreign countries,the authors try to find out the difficulties of China's mining industry in financing,and policy suggestions are proposed to lay foundation for expanding China's financing mode innovation in mining industry and deepen the development of mining capital market.
