Abstract
In this study the cDNA sequence of tocopherol cyclase(TC)gene from Fagopyrum cymosum is obtained using transcriptome sequencing.The full-length of cDNA from TC gene is 1 856 bp,and the full-length of coding region is 1 500 bp,which encoded 499 amino acids by bioinformatics analysis.And TC gene from buckwheat has closer genetic relationship with TC gene from grapes after phylogenetic analysis.
