Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To analyze the social benefit and economic benefit of TB Control Program in Sanmenxia, and to provide a scientific reference for both finance and health departments to properly invest and use health resource. Method The quarter and annual reports from 2004 to 2005 were collected to analyze cost-effectiveness,cost-utility,and cost-benefit. Results Totally 1,392 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were cured by using program funds of 1.6 million RMB Yuan in the past two years. It is estimated that the losses both GDP and income are reduced by 182.11 and 111.84 million RMB Yuan. 2,088 individuals were avoided for suffering from TB. Conclusions Good effects are got in implementation of the project by using program funds in the past two years. Although the investment fund is low, good social and economic benefits have been achieved. It is a cost-effective disease control project.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
