Abstract
As the prospects for economy recovery is increasingly brighter,the discussion climax about the issue of economic stimulus plan exit was re-triggered.In any case,it's inevitable for unconventional economic stimulus plan to secede in the context of the financial crisis,and the timing,intensity and potency dimension are the matter.This paper,based on the analysis of how the world's major developed countries faced the financial crisis,gave the commentary on the timing and manner of economic stimulus plan exit and the coordination of fiscal policy and monetary policy.Then,it made a comparison of global economic stimulus plan exit.Finally,it can be concluded as follows and also some enlightenment: Currently,it's not the time for China to withdraw the stimulus plan;economic stimulus plan should be phased out,taking the market reactions into account and so on.
