Abstract
General aviation has the important effect on the field of society and economy as a important constituent part of civil aviation. But China's general aviation is fall behind western country,such as America,Canada,etc. China didn't have to form a mature industrial chain up to now. Meanwhile,the legal system of the China's general aviatic law have not been completely established. The shortage of China's general aviatic law is a vital restraint of the development of China's general aviation. The development of China's general aviation can impel the progress of China's economy and society,so it is urgent to enact a series of general aviatic laws.
