Abstract
Currently rual boarding school in the compulsory education stage has been forming a certain scale under the country's advocation and government's action,which has made a great contribution to the optimization of education resource,the ensurance of equal access to education and the improvement of efficiency in school management.However,it appears a lot of problems in the process of boarding school's construction and development.
