Abstract
In order to determine the genetic differences of promising color potato line 16,line 19,line 26,line31 and their parents Russet-01and Heimeiren at DNA level,the 6 materials were analyzed by SSR maker technology. Use the screened 10 SSR suitable primer pairs to amplify 89 polymorphic loci,accounting for92. 1% of all the amplified loci. The SSR fingerprint of the four colorful potato strains and their parents was established,which provided a basis for the identification about promising lines and breeding of new cultivars at DNA level. The genetic distance( GD) of six tested materials was ranged from 0. 092 2 to 0. 754 7. The materials were classified into three categories on the basis GD value of 0. 42: mother Russet-01,new line 16,19,and26 as a category,and new line 31 and farther Heimeiren as a category.
