Abstract
The revolution of mathematical teaching theory must emphasize the theme of cultivating the students' mathematical teaching ability. It must take the cause and the structure of mathematical class teaching ability, essence as the main clue. We must actively utilize the achievement from modern mathematical quality education research, and carry out the mode of stereoscopic systematical cultivation.In teaching theory, we must pay attention to the education of mathematical viewpoint, mathematical teaching viewpoint, and elicitation theory of teaching. In teaching method, we must make the students master the basical and modern mathematical teaching method. In teaching practise, we must combine the model class teaching with teaching practise, cultivating the student's ability of changing the academic form of mathematics into educational form, the ability of using the method of mathematical thought to teach, the oral expressional ability in class teaching, the ability of organizing teaching and the ability of mathematical teaching research and scientific research,etc.
