In this paper,the authors introduce the nursing administration and system,prevention of nosocomial infections,wards distribution,nursing training,development care of premature infants for the purpose of development of NICU nursing care.They put forward that the teaching materials and training methods of specialty knowledge for NICU nurses should be standardized based on the latest advance in domestic and foreign nursing,NICU should be reasonably arranged to better the ward surroundings and prevent cosocomial infections,treatment and care should be reasonably arranged,disturbance to the newborn infants should be reduced to the utmost extent for the sake of their development and at last their parents should be encouraged to participate in the care.
