The property and feature of P(MMA-BA)/TiO2 nano-composites were studied with FT-IR,1H-NMR,and UV-Vis.PVC/P(MMA-BA)/TiO2 composites were prepared by melt-blending process.It was shown that nano-sized rutile TiO2 is PVC/P(MMA-BA) copolymer;there is strong interaction between nano-sized rutile TiO2 and PVC/P(MMA-BA).PVC and PVC/P(MMA-BA)/TiO2 composites were degraded by 1032 h accelerated aging test with exposure to fluorescence ultraviolet light lamp.It was shown that,with the UV shielding capability of nano-sized rutile TiO2,the ageing resistance of PVC have been improved,the service life of PVC have been prolonged.
