Abstract
Objective:To set up a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Zengguang Tablets.Methods:HPLC was adopted in the study.An ODS-C18 column was used for separation.A mixture of water(containing 0.05% of glacial acetic acid):methanol=65∶35 served as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.7 ml·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was 320 nm.Results:The linear range was 0.046 2～0.924 μg,r=0.999 5.The average rate of recovery was 98.74%,RSD=2.95%.Conclusion:The method was shown to be highly effective,quick and sensitive and therefore suitable for quality control of the preparation.
