Sn-Al co-doped Zn O thin films( ZASO) were prepared on glasses by sol-gel method. The influences of Sn-Al doping concentration and preheat temperature on the crystal structure,optical and electrical properties of the films were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,hall measurement, double-configuration four-point probe method and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer. The results show that the crystal structure,optical and electrical properties of the films are best on the condition that when the preheat temperature is 500 ℃,Sn-Al doping concentration is 1. 0at%. The sheet resistances of ZASO films is 3. 3 kΩ / □ and the average visible transmittance is about 92. 9%.
