Abstract
The global warming in the climatic change attracts people's attention, its influence will be multiple. The coming into force of 'Kyoto Protocol' was of far-reaching significance. It was the first international law of limitation of the greenhouse gas emissions. It was the important first step that the international society took facing the serious global climate change. But the realization of the overall goal to reduce greenhouse gases emission is still a long way to go.To the international community, the difficulty cutting greenhouse gases is increasing, because in the world, the limitation of the greenhouse gas is difficult and urgent, and the largest country in greenhouse gas emissions refuses to undertake the obligation as its historical responsibility in accordance with its power.International community must participate in suppressing the global warming together, promise to bear common responsibility according to its own ability.Only in this way can the life on the earth survive.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
