Abstract
In the second half of 2008,affected by financial crisis,the global market demand shriveled,the production of steel enterprises reduced,various steel products overstocked,steel prices collapsed and the steel industry entered a period of adjustment.In 2009,as global economic slowdown,both steel production and demand will be directly affected.In order to boost the national economy,the Chinese government launched a four trillion investment at the end of 2008,and introduced ten industrial revitalization plannings at the first quarter of 2009.Driven by various policies,China's steel industry is expected to recovery in the second half of 2009.
