Abstract
The higher education in British Columbia of Canada is famous for its quality in the world,and the higher education external quality assurance system is playing very important part in the quality assurance systems.There are some characteristics in the system,including the diversity in the system and the basis of statutes and voluntariness.The main contents of the system are including statues,degree evaluation,standards of association of universities and colleges,certification of higher education quality assurance,media evaluation,cross border quality assurance.Through Trinity Western University's case,the experience of the external quality assurance system of higher education in BC of Canada can give us some enlightenment on our higher education external quality assurance system.
