Abstract
Determinde Pumila seed germination percentage,germination energy,germination index root in different five types soil.The result showed that Pumila seed germination percentage,germination energy and germination index present the same trend in five type soil they showed that cinnamon soildesert soil yellow brown soil loessal soil.The content of soulatable sugar increased at first,and then decreased during germination,but the content of reducing sugar increased always.The of total amylase α-amylase and β-amylase increased continuously befere germination 48 hours and then the activity of β-amylase decreased rapidly.The activity of total amylase reached their maximun at germination 56 hours,which the highest seed activity was cinnamon soil,and the lowest was loessal soil.The activity of all kinds of index above-mentioned were all decreased exceed 56 hours.
