Abstract
5 kinds of plant growth regulator 6-BA,IAA,NAA,IBA and 2,4-D on cuttage propagation of L.lancifolium Thunb.were studied.The results indicated that the treatment with 2,4-D was more suitable for cuttage propagatio.2,4-D(200 mg/L)was suitable to produce bulblets for L.lancifolium Thunb.,and the rate of bulblet-producing was up to 5.8,and the average root was 1.86.Relatively,2,4-D(150 mg/L)was more suitable for cuttage propagation.
