Abstract
Report forms are very important for System of Information,while development of report forms based on web is immature.IReport called Java open source report forms engine and JasperReport are focused into J2EE platform,This paper presents the structure,workflow,the design and realization of core module.It is flexible that invisible data informations are analyzed and mined by Web Resport Forms System;Dynamic data report forms and chart report forms are generated,queried and printed by web,and offer the fact for the information of management and decision.
