Abstract
Staff training is an important part of the human resource management and has great significance to employees and enterprises.The effection of the training is related to the long-term development of the enterprises and its employees.Here put for-ward an employee training Quarter map model after analyzing the problems which occur frequently in the process of the employees' training,then put forward some attentions and training methods according to the different parts of the model.
