Abstract
The model of Chinese foreign joint ventures,as a successful experiment of importing foreign funds,has made important contributions to improving backward productive technology in China and perfecting backward industrial productive system.But in the model exist some problems which can not be ignored.The problems are mainly shown in the drain on funds of the Chinese partner at the beginning of establishing a Chinese foreigh joint venture and the drain on taxes and profits in a Chinese foreign joint venture whose shares are controlled by foreign partner.Besides some problems are displayed in system building of a board of a Chinese foreign joint venture,cultivation of enterprises inner culture and the contract of a Chinese foreign venture,relevant laws and regulations.
