Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Callus induction regeneration system of wheat, genetic transformation of wheat using and agrobacterium-mediated approach were applied in the research to study the genetic transformation conditions of wheat mediated by agrobacterium tumefaciens. The factors affecting the transformation, such as pre-cultured,co-cultivation,the selective pressure of antibiotic,Cef on the regeneration, agrobacterium concentration and infection periodwere examined. The optimized procedure was as following:after pre-cultured for 1 to 2 days, the callus induction were dipped into an a agrobacterium which concentration was OD600 0.6 for 15min,then co-cultivation for 3 days, the explants were transferred to selective media with 100mg/L Km and 500mg/L Cef.These conditions were benefited to improving the transformation efficiency.PCR analysis showed that objective gene were transferred to wheat genome.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
