Abstract
The vocational education for ethnic minorities in the community college of Canada has various characteristics which can be concluded in four aspects: closely relying on the community,flexible school-running,diverse courses and multi-culture concept.By contrast,there exist obvious differences in vocational education for ethnic minorities between Canada and China in the aspects of development model,basis and conditions.China should promote the development of vocational education for ethnic minorities in the aspects of conception balance,carrier function expansion and pluralistic strategies promotion.
