In order to explore the response of expansin gene in the hypocotyledonary axis of dwarf cucumber to plant hormonal regulation,the expression quantity of expansin genes Cs-EXPA1 and Cs-EXPA2 to different hormone treatments was detected by using Real-time PCR.Results:The two expansin genes in the hypocotyledonary axis of dwarf cucumber had consistent response to plant hormone in general,IAA and BR had the greatest influence on expansin gene expression in the early stage(3d),which were GA3 and BR in the middle stage(6~9d)and IAA in the late stage(12d).
